Travel Advisor Flyer Template

A flyer works for a travel advisor when it is narrow. A general "book your holiday with me" competes with every booking site there is, where "school holiday trips to Japan, planned for you" competes with almost nobody.

See the courses

Everything on this page is yours to copy and adapt. The courses cover the decisions behind it: what to charge, what to promise, and what to put in writing.

What yours needs to cover

  • A headline naming the niche and the person it is for
  • One specific trip as the example, because a concrete itinerary sells better than a category
  • The problem you remove, stated in the reader's words
  • A consultation offer with a defined scope
  • Your service area or a note that you work remotely
  • One call to action and one way to take it

How to use it

  1. Pick one niche per flyer. A flyer that lists honeymoons, cruises, family travel and corporate says nothing to anybody.
  2. Name a real destination and a real length of trip. Specificity is what makes a reader recognize themselves.
  3. Lead with the problem rather than the service. Most people who use an advisor are buying back their evenings.
  4. Give one action, and make it low commitment. An inquiry form beats "call for a quote".
  5. Place it where your niche already gathers, which Unit 6 covers choosing.

Travel Advisor Flyer Template FAQs

Do flyers still work for travel advisors?

They work when they are narrow and placed where a specific group already is, such as a school noticeboard for family travel or a club for a special-interest trip. A general flyer distributed widely rarely returns anything.

What should a travel advisor flyer say?

Who it is for, one specific trip as the example, the problem you remove, one offer, and one way to respond. Everything else dilutes those.

Do you provide a designed flyer?

No. This page covers the message, which is what makes a flyer get answered. The design is the easy part once the niche and the offer are right.
